Welcome to The Plant People.
These Terms & Policies explain how our website, online shop, products and services work. Please read them carefully before placing an order.By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Our products
We sell live plants, pots, planters, accessories, plant-related products and, where available, trade, hire, installation and maintenance services. Please remember that plants are living products.
Each plant is unique and will naturally vary in shape, size, fullness, colour, leaf pattern, height and overall appearance.Product images are provided as a guide.
The plant you receive may not look identical to the image shown online, but we will always aim to supply a plant that matches the product description as closely as possible.
Approximate heights, pot sizes and measurements are provided as a guide only. Plant measurements may vary slightly depending on variety, season, growth stage and availability.
Plant variation and natural appearance
Because plants are natural living products, the following are not usually considered faults:
Minor leaf marks, small tears or natural blemishes
Slight differences in colour, height, shape or fullness
Seasonal changes in growth or appearance
A small amount of yellowing or older leaf loss
Minor soil movement during delivery
Temporary signs of shipping stress
Variation in variegation, stem shape, leaf size or growth pattern
If you have any concerns about the condition of your plant when it arrives, please contact us using the process in our Delivery & Returns page.

All products are subject to availability.Because we work with live plants and changing stock, some items may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we may contact you to offer:
